Five-axis servo control system

The machine is equipped with an advanced five-axis servo drive system, ensuring high response speed, positioning accuracy and stable operation at high packaging speeds.

Intelligent temperature control system

The temperature control module automatically adjusts the sealing temperature depending on the packaging speed, ensuring consistent seam quality.

Protecting the packaging film when the machine is stopped

When starting and stopping the equipment, the packaging film does not burn, which guarantees a neat appearance of the packaging and reduces the percentage of defects.

Unique film tension system

The machine is equipped with a proprietary film tension mechanism (patented technology), thanks to which the packaging tightly fits the product, ensuring a compact and presentable appearance of the finished product.

Automatic return of the cutting mechanism

If a cutting error occurs, the system automatically returns the blade unit to its original position, reducing equipment downtime.

Product and film absence function
