Mitsubishi high precision servo drive system

The equipment is equipped with a 9-axis Mitsubishi J4 servo system, which ensures high speed, positioning accuracy and stability of the packaging process.

Mitsubishi intelligent control system

The control system is built on the basis of Mitsubishi Q series PLC and Mitsubishi CPU controller, together with J4 servos, which ensures smooth synchronous operation of all equipment components.

Convenient HMI interface and quick changeover

The large touch HMI display provides convenient parameter settings and visual control of operating modes. All adjustment units are equipped with positioning scales.

Omron High Precision Heat Sealing System

The bag forming unit and heat sealing system are controlled by Omron's intelligent heating system. The temperature maintenance error is no more than ±1°C.

Reliable components from international brands

The pneumatic system is built on SMC components, and the moving mechanical components use NSK and THK components, ensuring high reliability and long service life of the equipment.
