The SCZM-200 automatic line is designed for high-speed production of napkins from non-woven material (cotton tissue / spunlace wipes) and is designed to meet the requirements of modern automated production of sanitary and hygienic products.
The equipment is built on the basis of a modern motion-control system and an intelligent HMI control platform. All machine components are equipped with an independent servo drive and a material tension control system, which ensures high stability of operation and precise quality control of the finished product.
The line can be equipped with:
automatic fabric gluing device,
material accumulation system,
automatic feed and storage units for raw materials,
which can significantly increase the efficiency of continuous production.
Equipment versions available for working with material widths:
1650 mm,
2250 mm,
3400 mm.
The rear of the line is equipped with a pneumatic material loading system, which greatly reduces the physical strain on operators.
The frequency control system ensures a stable supply of material and allows flexible adaptation of operating parameters to different types of non-woven fabric. All settings are made through the touch control interface, providing quick and convenient changes to operating parameters.
Spiral cross knife assembly
The line is equipped with a spiral cutting system, providing:
• stable and precise cutting of material,
• increased service life of knives,
• automatic detection of material breakage and winding,
• automatic system for raising and lowering the knife block.
The protection system effectively prevents damage to the upper and lower blades during operation of the equipment.
Folding shaft system
The folding shafts are made of special imported composite materials with increased rigidity and wear resistance.
The vacuum material retention system with double-sided suction reduces the length of the contact zone and provides:
• more stable material supply,
• high folding accuracy,
• smooth and neat end of the semi-finished product.
Dual vacuum system
The equipment is equipped with a double-circuit vacuum adsorption system:
• vacuum of the folding unit,
• vacuum of the cutting unit.
Each circuit is controlled independently, allowing optimal control of negative pressure and air flow, reducing energy consumption and stress on the vacuum pump.
Material protection system
The line is equipped with an intelligent material protection system that ensures stable automatic laying even during operation:
• with very thin materials,
• with light canvases,
• with long-fiber raw materials,
• with materials with a high level of static electricity.
The servo-driven right angle turning mechanism greatly improves the production speed and operating stability of the entire line.
