Description of equipment

The WL1500-2 is a high speed automatic sanitary napkin stacker designed for today's fully automated tissue packaging lines.

The equipment is equipped with a full servo drive system, which provides:

high accuracy of work,

stable performance,

high laying speed,

reliable synchronization with the main production line.

The machine is equipped with an enlarged LCD touch screen with an intuitive control interface and a parameter setting system, which allows you to quickly change over to a different product format.

Depending on the required line performance, it is possible to connect one or more WL1500 series machines.

The system automatically monitors the speed of the main sanitary napkin production line and ensures fully synchronized operation of the equipment.

The stacker can be integrated:

with automatic packaging machine,

with a packaging system,

with automatic cartoning machine.
