Fully Automatic Roll Paper Rewinding Machine

Reliable design and stable operation
The equipment is developed on the basis of a proven industrial design, which ensures stable and reliable operation even during long-term continuous operation. The machine is characterized by ease of maintenance and low operating costs.

PLC + HMI control system
The machine is equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC) and an advanced HMI touch interface, which ensures convenient operation, quick parameter setting and effective monitoring of the operating status of the equipment.

High precision perforation and roll length
The drive system uses a mechanical transmission and CVT, which ensures high punching accuracy and stable finished roll length even in high-speed production.

Electro-pneumatic braking system
The braking system combines electrical control and pneumatic control to ensure fast response, smooth braking and stable production.

Automatic cutting, gluing and sealing
