Main advantages of the equipment

Inovance High Precision 9-Axis Servo Drive System

The main drive of the equipment is based on 9 independent Inovance SV635 series servo drives, which ensure high response speed, positioning accuracy and stability of the packaging process.

Inovance intelligent control system

The control system uses Inovance AC703 series controller together with high-precision servos, which ensures stable synchronous operation of the equipment even at high speed.

Convenient setup and quick changeover

The equipment is equipped with a large touch LCD HMI display for displaying parameters and setting operating modes. The main adjustment units have positioning scales.

Stable bag forming and heat sealing system

The package forming unit and the final heat sealing system are controlled by the Delta temperature control system with a temperature deviation of no more than ±3°C.
