Intelligent feeding and separation system

Feeding of products is carried out using a frequency-controlled motor, and the servo-driven separation mechanism ensures stable and accurate feeding of individual packages.

Protection against idle flow of packaging material

If there is no product at the input, the feed mechanism continues to operate, but the equipment does not capture products and does not consume packaging film, which reduces the loss of packaging material.

Automatic detection of non-standard products

The transport system is equipped with an automatic detection function for products exceeding the permissible height or length.

Convenient control and changeover system

The machine is equipped with a large touch LCD HMI display to display parameters and configure equipment. Changing product formats is quick and convenient.

Compatible with a variety of packaging materials

The equipment supports work with double-sided heat-sealing PE film and various heat-sealable laminated films.
