Supported product stacking formats

(1) Individual packaging of soft tissues - vertical feeding directly into the box

Single packs of soft tissues are fed vertically and are automatically placed into the carton without turning the product.

(2) Individual packaging of soft napkins - vertical feeding with product rotation

The products are fed vertically and then automatically unfolded before being placed in a box in accordance with the specified packaging scheme.

(3) Group packaging of soft tissues - horizontal feeding directly into the box

Group packs of soft tissues are fed horizontally and are automatically placed into the box without changing orientation.

(4) Group packaging of soft napkins - horizontal feeding with product rotation

The equipment supports automatic rotation of group packaging before packing into a box to adapt to various transport packaging formats.

(5) Side vertical stacking of wet wipes

The machine supports automatic side vertical stacking of wet wipes packages into shipping cartons.
