Main features of the equipment

Intelligent feeding and separation system

The product feeding system uses variable speed motor, and the servo driven separation mechanism ensures that each package is fed stably and accurately.

Protection against idle flow of packaging material

If there is no product, the equipment continues to operate in standby mode, while the system does not capture the package and does not consume packaging film.

Automatic detection of non-standard products

The transport system is equipped with an automatic detection function for products exceeding the permissible height or length.

High precision 9-axis Delta servo drive system

The main drive of the equipment is built on the basis of 9 independent Delta B3 series servos, ensuring high response speed and stable operation of the packaging line.
