Intelligent control system Motion Control

The line is equipped with an imported motion controller and a large full-color touch HMI interface. 10 independent frequency converters are controlled by a centralized control system, ensuring high synchronization and stability of the entire production line.

Integrated automatic control system

The equipment uses modern technologies for integrating mechanics, electronics and optical sensors. The system automatically monitors and adjusts the operating parameters of each line node to maintain optimal production conditions.

Supports various paper processing technologies

The production line can be equipped with an edge embossing system, a decorative embossing unit, a lamination and gluing system, as well as a printing module.

Flexible modular line configuration

The line supports the connection of transport conveyors, automatic log cutter, individual packaging machine, group packaging machine, intelligent cartoning system and additional embossing units.

Pneumatic web distribution system

The rear frame is equipped with a pneumatic paper web distribution system, which reduces the load on operators and improves ease of operation.

Frequency speed control system

The operating speed can be quickly adjusted through the control interface depending on the type and characteristics of the base paper.
